- Recognised as a stateless person with permission to stay in the UK
Child & Parent Visa
- For children to join parents who are British or settled in the UK.
- Parent must have sole or shared responsibility.

Adult Dependent Visa
- For adult relatives (parents, grandparents, disabled family) needing long-term care.
- Must prove care is unavailable or unaffordable in home country.
